What is ‘self awareness’
Self-awareness is that experience where you ‘step back’ and watch what is going on in your life.  Some people call it their ‘mind’s eye’ or their ‘reflecting self’.  It can take a bit of practice, but knowing when to ask ‘what is going on here?’ is a useful skill in any aspect of your life.  Here we focus on raising awareness of your child-sex related activity.
